Emergency Pallet Racking Repairs in Lichfield
24/7 rapid response for damaged warehouse racking across Lichfield and Staffordshire. We isolate, make safe and repair — day or night, 365 days a year.
Lichfield is a growing commercial, manufacturing, and logistics centre in Staffordshire, north of Birmingham along the A38/A5 corridor. Key industrial areas include Fradley Park, Britannia Enterprise Park, Trent Valley Industrial Estate, and Burntwood Business Park. Facilities support automotive component distribution, third-party logistics, consumer retail packaging, and food storage.
Storage setups rely on heavy-duty Adjustable Pallet Racking, Narrow Aisle systems, cantilever racking for raw materials, and drive-in storage. Continuous counterbalance forklift movements, high-density layouts, and round-the-clock logistics operations result in frequent vehicle impacts to lower racking uprights and end-of-aisle protection frames.
Lichfield sits at the intersection of the A38 and A5 dual carriageways, offering rapid access to the M6 Toll, M6, and M42 motorways. RR24 Ltd guarantees an arrival time of 1 to 2 hours across Fradley Park, Britannia Enterprise Park, Trent Valley, and surrounding Staffordshire commercial zones.
Under PUWER 1998 Regulation 5, commercial site operators in Lichfield must maintain storage systems in an efficient, safe state of repair. Directors and site managers who knowingly permit work around red-risk damaged racking face personal criminal liability under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
