Emergency Pallet Racking Repairs in Truro
24/7 rapid response for damaged warehouse racking across Truro and Cornwall. We isolate, make safe and repair — day or night, 365 days a year.
Truro, the administrative centre and city of Cornwall, serves as a vital hub for regional distribution, food production, agricultural supplies, and retail distribution across the South West peninsula. Commercial operations are focused across Threemilestone Industrial Estate, Newham Industrial Estate, Cornwall Business Park, and Higher Treliske Industrial Area. Warehouses utilise Adjustable Pallet Racking, drive-in racking, cantilever systems for timber and building materials, and archive storage shelving.
Given Cornwall's geographic location, maintaining inventory flow is critical, and racking damage caused by forklift strikes or overloaded beams can severely impact business operations. Emergency repair is essential to restore structural integrity and ensure workplace safety.
RR24 Ltd accesses Truro via the A30 dual carriageway and the A390 arterial route, with dedicated dispatch coordination ensuring rapid mobile response units reach properties across Truro, Redruth, and Falmouth within realistic emergency response windows. On site, technicians set up physical safety barriers, supervise safe offloading of palletised inventory, conduct a SEMA structural assessment to categorise damage, deploy hydraulic propping rigs, and fit original manufacturer parts for Dexion, Apex, Link51, Stow, Mecalux, Bito, and Constructor. A detailed written report certifies structural integrity for immediate reload.
All emergency racking repairs in Truro strictly adhere to PUWER 1998 and the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Operating compromised pallet racking or carrying out uncertified internal repairs violates HSE regulations and invalidates commercial property and liability insurance policies. If your facility in Truro or Cornwall suffers racking damage, contact RR24 Ltd immediately on 0800 246 1526 — available 24/7 across Truro, Threemilestone, and Cornwall.
